HSB Top 10 Events:

• 18 October: HSB Top 10 Laerskole (Home)
• 19 October: HSB Top 10 Hoërskole (Home)

Grade 12 Last School Day & NSS Exams:

• The matrics had an emotional farewell event, marking their last school day with a special ceremony. Their final exams begin on 21 October. Best of luck to all!

Eco-Teacher Empowerment Weekend:

• HSB educators attended an inspiring event at the Wilderness Hotel, hosted by Laerskool George-Suid, to explore innovative educational techniques.

New Head Leaders for 2025:

• Congratulations to Mieke Saayman and TJ du Plessis on being elected Head Girl and Head Boy for 2025!

Student Achievements:

• Outstanding performances in academics, with Aurum awards recognizing exceptional students, and Afrikaans Olympiad success, with top 10 placements in national rankings.

Cultural and Sporting Highlights:

• The Grade 12 Consumer Studies students enjoyed their last official event - a themed dinner.
• Athletics, tennis, and a successful golf day kept the students active and engaged.

Upcoming Budget Meeting:

• 12 November at 18:00 in the school hall. Budget proposals available from 29 October.
