Breaking the Habit of Anger

A body that has become accustomed to functioning in anger will always seek to return to a state of anger.

Anger is more than an outburst - it’s a pattern that settles into your nervous system. When anger becomes familiar, your body remembers it like a habit. Even when you want peace, your system can pull you back to what it knows, at the cost of your health, your relationships, and your happiness.

Many people who struggle with anger have forgotten what it feels like to live in peace, love, harmony, and joy. But this can change.

• Detox the body from anger. Release the chemical rush that fuels the cycle.
• Create new habits. Teach your mind and body to seek calm more than conflict.
• Rewrite the beliefs. Let go of the stories about why you “have” to lose your temper.
• Know what you want. Peace is a choice you can train yourself to crave.

Transformation begins when you decide that anger no longer defines you. Your body can learn a new way to be. And when it does, you reclaim your freedom to live in harmony - with yourself and with those you love.
