MEET OUR TEAM - Lionel

Lionel is our general manager and part of the Bredasdorp Health and Fitness team since 2016. Lionel is a great fitness trainer and has a lot of experience in explosive gym training for sportsmen. He is an ex-professional rugby player and currently the backline coach at Boland Cavaliers.

Lionel qualifies in sports and development and is a Level 2 IRB coach. Other than that Lionel is a sport-fanatic, who loves sharing his passion for rugby.
