MEET OUR TEAM - Wendy Verster
AERIAL YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Wendy is a mom of two very busy boys.
She enjoys seeing the effect that Aerial Yoga has on the body and calmness it brings to the mind, she loves sharing her passion.
Wendy completed training with The Wellness Connection and The Yoga Mala. She qualified as a 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainer and 50hr Aerial YTT.
Wendy is also a qualified Early Childhood Development Educator at Cape College. Children love the freedom in the silk. Learning, building confidence and having fun are important foundations in children's lives.
“Aerial yoga is gentle but offers the powerful benefits of exercise. Almost anyone can do it, regardless of your age or fitness level”.
Join Wendy every Monday, Wednesday or Friday from 9:00 to 10:00 at Bredasdorp Health and Fitness.
