The competition will only take place between 16:00 - 19:00 on 30 May 2022.
Rules:
• 1 Rep Max
• Judged by Wilks calculator
• 3 Attempts per person
• 1 min rest between failed attempt and next try
• Judge’s decision are final!
• Nutritech sponsoring the winners with awesome prices!
