Recent Project at A.A.A. Accommodation: Waterproofing, Skimming and Painting
Another successful project completed by the Paintsmiths team!
At A.A.A. Accommodation, we first, as always, did prep work throughout the entire property. Some waterproofing, repaired all cracks and faults, removed old balustrades on the front patio, and repaired with new ones. Painted with Midas-240.
Started with the roof, high-pressure wash, clean and prep, repair all loose screws and seal. Applied Paintsmiths Fibre Strength to waterproof-treated paint with Microban to delay fungi growth and then applied Paintsmiths Liquid Rubber in grey.
