Love Begins Within: Stop Seeking It - Start Being It

In our longing for a supportive, loving relationship, many of us unknowingly place responsibility on the other person - while entering the relationship already carrying fear, doubt, hurt, and guilt.

We fear that if we love too deeply, we will lose ourselves.

Yes, you are giving love.

But what we forget is that you are love. At your core, you are not a limited resource.

We doubt that love will be returned. Yet when love is cultivated within, fear and doubt soften. Not because others must meet our needs - but because we are no longer seeking to be filled from the outside.

This is where something profound happens.

When you live from love, you break through an inner barrier.

Love becomes the universal solvent - dissolving fear, anger, resentment, and pain.

Hurt cannot be healed through protection or withdrawal.

It is healed through love.

But that love must first be discovered and embodied within yourself, so that you can love freely - without expectation, without depletion, and without self-abandonment.

Guilt often remains because, even when we don’t want to admit it, we sense our own role in the pain within the relationship. And guilt easily turns into blame - either toward ourselves or toward the other.
