My client in Gordon’s Bay is recruiting for a Code 10 driver to start as soon as possible. This is not only a driver’s position and you will also be expected to help with lifting heavy objects.

Do you have:

  • Appropriate driver’s license code 10
  • Ability to travel extensively
  • Excellent driving skills
  • Are you flexible, and effective team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills  
  • The ability to lift heavy objects

Key Competencies:

  • Fully familiar with driving protocols and procedures
  • Great sense of responsibility aimed at vehicles and goods
  • Demonstrated ability to act logically and quickly in adverse situations
  • Well versed in reading maps and handling GPS
  • Competent at making driving schedules and conforming to them
  • Keen understanding of handling basic vehicle maintenance and repair tasks
  • Skillful at driving delivery vehicles in extreme weather conditions
  • Ability to make up for the lost time in the event of delays in deliveries
