MEET OUR TEAM - Samantha Haack
Samantha is one of our Pilates Instructors. She first learned about Pilates in 2008, developed a passion for it and became a committed student. She started studying Pilates and assisted with classes from 2011 and became a certified Pilates Instructor in 2015. She truly enjoys helping people through a combination of Pilates and some Yoga to achieve better flexibility, balance, core strength, coordination of the body and improved quality of life.
