This new challenge we will be covering all the different training styles, showing you what can be done in a gym and most importantly, educating you to be confident in exercises you approach in the future. Having a set-out plan for these 4 weeks will help navigate you into a routine of what types of training to do and when.
CHALLENGE INCLUDES:
1 Month Gym Membership
(Full access to the gym at all times and access to all instructed classes)

8 x (one on one) Personal Training Sessions
• Strength / Resistance training (perfect for muscle definition)
• Learning the correct way to use gym machinery and equipment
• Upper and lower body sessions

• 4 x Full body group training sessions
• 4 x Spinning/Cardio classes
• 2 x Body Composition Analysis
• 1 x Booty/Resistance Band
