Friday

 • 4 pm Arrival and Check-in

 • 5:30 pm Welcome Drinks and Introduction - Make your own starter

 • 7pm Dinner in Figtree Restaurant

Saturday

 • 8:30 am Breakfast

 • 9:30 am Ciabatta and Foccacia Workshop - Baking and Folding

 • 11 am Baking Bread and Making Minestrone Soup for Lunch

 • 1 pm Lunch Minestrone Soup - Will be served with their own freshly baked breads

 • 2 pm Guided Activities Available at Additional Cost

 • 5 pm Pizza Making

 • 7pm Dinner Pizza Night Dinner in Figtree Restaurant

 • 8-10 am Breakfast

 • 10 am Checkout
