Embracing Change: Overcoming Fear and Limiting Beliefs

As unbelievable as it might seem, we are innately geared for change.

Often, people are averse to change. In fact, many people fear it because it brings about feelings of insecurity, concerns about safety, fear of the unknown future, worries about not fitting in, performing well, making new friends, and numerous other limiting beliefs.

Take a moment to breathe and reflect on your past. You'll see that it has been filled with change. From crawling to walking, and eventually running, we have continuously evolved. We changed classes every year to improve our intellect. Friends come and go, each one bringing new lessons. Fashion, seasons, and even traffic lights change.

Our approach to change reveals our limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging behaviours. I've noticed in my life that what I resisted the most out of fear ended up bringing the most growth, altering the course of my life, and leading to new adventures and a more fulfilling life.

The fear of change leads to resistance. What we resist will persist.

Leverage what you already possess, have faith in your capabilities, and anticipate extraordinary results.
