Rick Bothma - Owner & Architectural Professional

Rick is the founder and principal of RCB Architecture. 

He has a wealth of experience in interior design, architecture, shopfitting detailing, and construction, and offers clients a comprehensive service, guiding them from initial concepts to completed projects. 

With an international portfolio including contributions to architectural developments in Ghana, Angola, Uganda, and Mozambique, Rick’s expertise spans diverse global markets. 

As a technical expert in the KwikFrame building system and a qualified energy efficiency consultant, his designs are rooted in innovation and sustainability.

Kayla Freyer - Architectural Detailer & Social Media Manager

• Registered Architectural Apprentice at SACAP

• Director of RCBK DocuTech Drafting Solutions

Kayla joined the company in 2023, bringing her passion for precision and creativity to her dual role as an architectural detailer and social media manager. 

As an architectural detailer, she specialises in transforming concept designs into detailed, council-ready plans - one of the final and most crucial steps before construction begins. 

In addition to her design work, Kayla curates and manages the company’s social media presence, showcasing projects and fostering online engagement with clients and the community.

James Ng’etich - Architect & 3D Visualisation Specialist

• Bachelor of Architecture - Jomo Kenyatta University, Keyna

James has over six years of experience in residential and commercial design, specialising in transforming concepts into detailed models and immersive visualisations. His expertise in 3D modelling, rendering, and space planning, enhances client engagement and streamlines project collaboration. 

Passionate about innovation and precision, James delivers creative yet practical solutions that elevate architectural designs and achieve exceptional results.

Raymond Chigau - Systems Architect

Raymond specialises in designing secure, scalable, and efficient systems. His expertise in optimising workflows, ensuring data security, and aligning technology with business goals, strengthens operations and keeps the team at the forefront of innovation. 

With a forward-thinking approach, Raymond continuously seeks solutions that enhance performance and drive long-term success.

Derick Bothma - Social Media Analyst

Derick specialises in data-driven strategies to boost online presence. As a social media analyst, he focuses on audience engagement and performance metrics, tracking trends, refining marketing strategies, and optimising content for maximum reach.
