Every Experience Is An Opportunity To Learn And Grow

Why does it never work out for me? Why can I never be good enough? Why does everything work against me? When we keep asking these questions, eventually we will turn to beliefs that we are not good enough, that I will always be second, even perhaps that I must be punished for my past.

Now consider that you might ask: What can I learn from this situation? What must I still master? What skills do I already have? What might be a better approach?

Every situation, no matter how difficult or rewarding holds the opportunity for us to grow. By default, we fall towards the negative and we criticise.

We are not here to be critical. We are here to learn and grow. You decide which way will benefit you.
