Support for SMMEs with Online Registration Platform
In an effort to reduce errors on municipal forms and improve service delivery, Overstrand Municipality is encouraging all Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises (SMMEs) operating within the region to register on its online SMME Development Database.
This database aims to support the vibrant community of entrepreneurs and small business owners across the Overstrand - from emerging contractors, plumbers, and electricians to spaza shop owners, co-operatives, and youth-led start-ups. It also helps ensure that local enterprises are considered for upcoming development projects and support programmes.
Why Register?
• Access Funding Opportunities
Be the first to know about local grants, subsidies, and financial support programmes.
• Get Invited to Training & Workshops
Grow your business skills with free, local training sessions tailored to SMMEs.
• Be Matched with Development Projects
We use this database to connect local businesses with municipal and partner opportunities.
• Stay Informed
Receive updates on tenders, compliance assistance, networking events, and more.
