Here at Pickle and Smoke in the beautiful coastal town of Kleinmond in the Overberg, Chef Tom with the help of his wife Annie, produces the finest charcuterie and other hand crafted food products.
Chef Tom's passion for good food made using the finest ingredients and traditional recipes is what started him on this journey to open this little charcuterie and deli.
