Profile of my customers
The majority of my customers are not young except by heart. At least 75% is older than 40 and the oldest one I ever sold a piece to was 97!
Today I had two women in my gallery who are well above 60 and they decided to spoil themselves. Good for the business but it’s also a social event that can take a few hours; starting with coffee and homemade truffles. We take the time for it. One of them already bought some time ago and decided to bring her sister-in-law. After more than 3 hours socialising and choosing, they left with a bag full of unique (limited edition) rings, bracelets and earrings (virtually one for every day of the week).
