Embrace Life: Letting Go of Insecurity and Enjoying the Moment

Insecure people have an urge to plan every detail of every day. People with inner turmoil have an overpowering need to control everything.

In the process of planning and controlling we miss out on the spontaneous joy that life brings. If it does not fit into our planning it leads to stress and insecurity on how to proceed.

Life is filled with opportunities for abundant joy, love, caring, happiness, laughter, etc. When we don't allow for life to happen we miss out not only on these opportunities, but also opportunities for success, reward, the flow of abundance, etc. While we solely focus on the "plan or program" so much pass us by. Learning of new skills, meeting new people, opportunities for betterment or a new way, to name a few.

Could you let go of your insecurity and turmoil and give yourself permission to be and to enjoy? Can you wake up tomorrow, take your schedule and allow for it to happen without planning every second? Can you allow yourself to be okay if not everything panned out as you planned? Can you forgive yourself for not meeting all your demands if you had a day filled with spontaneous laughter?

Don't sweat the small, don't walk with your head filled with doubt, stress, and fear at the cost of the jewel that is life.

Can you allow yourself to experience fun?
