The Cape Agulhas Municipality reminds all residents and visitors that the discharge of fireworks is strictly prohibited in the municipal area. This includes:

• Private properties
• Beaches
• All public spaces

Important Notice:

We’ve received several complaints about children using firecrackers. Parents are urged to ensure their children do not purchase or use these items.

The sale of firecrackers and fireworks is illegal. We encourage the community to report any instances where these items are being sold or used.
