Milkwood Spa uses Kalahari, Team Dr Joseph and Jack Black treatment products and welcomes women, men and couples.

Milkwood Spa was first created for guests staying at the luxurious Mosaic Lagoon Lodge.

Now, the spa welcomes non-guests by appointment.

Focussing on holistically combining its rejuvenating skin and body treatments with nature to enhance the experience, treatments can take place inside or outdoors (weather permitting).

Please note this exquisite service needs to be pre-booked with your treatment appointment.

Spa Etiquette

Milkwood Spa adheres to holistically designed set protocols to ensure a retreat-like experience that complements mind, body and soul.

Treatments by appointment only
Clients are to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment (add 15 minutes of travel time due to roadworks on the Wortelgat Road)
Clients are to prepare ahead of time for a softer communication experience by speaking in softer tones
Clients should avoid eating heavy meals before treatments
Milkwood Spa requires a 24-hour notice for any cancellations
The full treatment rate will be charged for missed appointments that aren’t cancelled

The Mosaic Lagoon Lodge is a tranquil destination getaway in an ancient milkwood grove just outside Stanford.

With the Klein River Mountains and Hermanus Lagoon as its backdrop, the luxury lodge is home to Milkwood Spa.
