Clients of a Transformation Coach
Transformation coaching: Who are clients and how can it help you?
First, let us start by saying that most people are afraid of asking for help - especially when it is emotional help because they already feel insecure and unsure. I have compassion for the courage it takes to reach out.
Often, by the time you search for a coach, you have tried many different ways to resolve your “problem”. Talking to friends, listening to podcasts, and reading self-help books. Often you might even have said to yourself: “But I know all of this, I know what they are saying”. Sadly, this realization will end up in you feeling even more of a “failure”. (Remember, the writer or the podcaster wants you to buy their coaching or online lessons. They will give only enough so you can do some work.) You start to tell yourself: “People do not understand my circumstances. It is not so easy”. Bringing you right back to even more doubt and fear.
Perhaps you have even enlisted the help of a coach, but after a while, it all just disappeared again, and you were back to square ONE.
Transformation coaching is exactly what it says: It gives you the opportunity to transform yourself into who you really are. This is a process of self-actualization. Transformation coaching
asks you to take responsibility for your own life - flaws and all. You cannot hide from yourself; face your inner demons (limiting beliefs), know what you want, and go for it. If you can see and feel the true you, you will understand that you can be unstoppable, powerful, loving, and enjoy every moment of your life.
This is the fundamental difference between life coaching and transformation coaching: with life coaching, you change your ways. Through Transformation coaching you gain the ability to change behaviour by first changing how you fulfill yourself. It is the core realization of the self that brings about lasting change.
