MEET OUR TEAM - Elsie Scott

Elsie is the sole owner of Bredasdorp Health & Fitness since 2003. She is a registered Biokineticist and has 23 years of experience in the fitness industry. She is a qualified spinning instructor, advanced pilates instructor and sports massage therapist. She specializes in orthopaedic rehabilitation, running mechanics, gait analysis and Kinesio taping. She also has a keen interest in sports performance development in young children and is the biathlon coach for the local High School’s biathlon team who participates every year at national level.  

Elsie is a strong, kind and compassionate person and keeps everyone on their toes at Bredasdorp Health & Fitness.
