Shaun is a Certified Personal Trainer with over 8 years of experience in the fitness industry. He joined the Bredasdorp Health and Fitness team in 2018 after completing 2 contracts on board luxurious cruise liners as a PT sailing around the world. Shaun specialises in body re-composition and works with both men and women of any age. From stay at home moms to firefighters, Shaun is dedicated to empower and inspire all his clients through resistance training to strengthen them and helping them create a diet that fits their lifestyle.
