Daily Health Guidelines
1. Drink 6 - 8 glasses of water every day!
2. Aim to get 150min of exercise a week (3x a week).
3. Consume healthy fats each day (avo, nuts, seeds, oil).
4. Choose low fat dairy products.
5. Drink water a half hour before meals (it can improve weight loss outcomes).
6. Routine - try having your meals at the same time.
7. Aim to sleep 7 - 9 hours a night and rather go to bed early and wake up early.
