Presenting Low Intensity Strength Classes

“Low-impact strength training refers to exercise that is easy and gentle on your joints and tendons. Any exercise in which at least one foot remains in contact with the ground and regarded as low impact, so this means no jumping or hopping exercises.”
These group classes are designed for beginners/older individuals. We will be focusing on essential exercises, increasing strength and educating you to be confident in the exercises you approach - all while working at a lower and safer pace and still getting a great workout in!
