Greyton Art Walk 2024 Newsletter - "WALK THE EXPERIENCE"

Welcome to the 8th Greyton Art Walk (GAW)! It remains our primary goal to make Greyton an Art Village destination for all.

Our NEW way forward is to both create more of an art ambiance in town, but also to provide a broader art exhibiting platform to promote the artists.

Autumn Art Walk 2024: (GAW)

We launched our new website on 17 January 2024, view our website here.

This website will be available on ALL posters and table talkers with a QR code that links to Greyton and the restaurants.

This gives the exhibiting artists a platform to advertise their profiles at R300 for the whole year.

The GAW 2024 marketing drive in the newspapers will be “to the moon“. That specific artwork will be exhibited during GAW 2024. For more info about this, read here.

Greyton Autumn Art Walk 2024 will be held on the weekend of Friday, 22 March - Sunday, 24 March 2024.

The exhibition will be mainly at restaurants and other “stoep” areas in the CBD of Greyton.

You can register online at our website or on the registration form here. Artists are invited to chat to a restaurant to secure your exhibiting space, or let us know and GAW will allocate a space for you. Only 30 exhibiting spaces will be available, with a preference for local artists.

Yellow flags and a road map of all the exhibition spots will be available over the weekend.

GAW is also adding wine tastings at 12 of the 30 exhibition spaces at licensed restaurants hosting the wine farms. This is an exciting ‘wine and art’ weekend for GAW, as well as promoting all the businesses.

Your registration form has to include 6 photos of your work.
