Pedro the Donkey Celebrates 40th Birthday at EARS Donkey Sanctuary

EARS Donkey Sanctuary's beloved resident, Pedro, is celebrating his 40th birthday on 30 October 2024! Pedro, a small brown donkey with the sweetest nature, was rescued from a life on the streets after his owner could no longer care for him. Now, he enjoys his days with his best friend, Simon, in a safe and loving home.

Join us in celebrating Pedro’s big day! We’re hosting a special party with donors and children from nearby preschools. If you’d like to contribute, you can donate R50 towards a child’s party pack.
