Embrace Your True Value: A Weekend Challenge

I want to challenge you to claim time for yourself this weekend. Take your journal or diary, or treat yourself to a new one, and write down all that you have achieved in your life.

Reflect not only on your professional accomplishments, such as the savings that bought your home, car, or dream holiday, and your educational qualifications, but also on the abundance of other milestones you have accomplished.

Make a special note of your kindness, willingness, compassion, caring, support for others, prayers you have made on behalf of others, the love you feel, your level of appreciation, your commitment, and the many more qualities you hold in silence.

Once you have done this, find a quiet spot and say thank you to yourself for the strength and courage within you that brought you to where you are now. Promise yourself that from here forward, you will support this strength and courage with love, compassion, kindness, and joy.

You are so much more than you think or could imagine. You have already proven it over and over. It is time to recognize your true value. You are amazing, powerful, a superstar.

Feel the power. Feel the strength. Feel the love. Be kind.
