Healing After Narcissistic Abuse

One of the most painful things about narcissistic relationships is not only what was said to you…

It is what you eventually started believing about yourself.

“I am not good enough.”

“I am too emotional.”

“My opinion does not matter.”

“I will never make it on my own.”

Slowly, over time, you stopped seeing yourself clearly.

You started seeing yourself through the “sales pitch” of the narcissist.

And it was never the truth.

You are not weak.

You are not difficult.

You are not impossible to love.

You adapted to an unhealthy environment in the best way you knew how.

But survival often creates patterns that begin sabotaging your future:

Overthinking.

Self-doubt.

People-pleasing.

Fear of rejection.

Silencing yourself.

The patterns may have protected you then…

But they are keeping you stuck now.

Healing begins when you stop measuring your worth through the opinions of someone who benefited from you feeling small.

You are stronger than you give yourself credit for.

And the future waiting for you requires the real version of you to rise again.
