Meet our Stanford Hills employee of the month Rico Herman, driver and top mechanic.

You have no idea the variety of skills needed to service and repair all the machinery and equipment on this farm, and Rico does it with ease. And the patience and kindness he shows as he shares his knowledge with one of our older Butterfly Centre boys, who is shadowing him 3 times a week, is a testament to the kinda guy he is.  

He is always ready to go the extra mile. In his spare time, Rico is a DJ, a dad, and all-around cool guy.
