Because we have accepted our limiting beliefs, the ego intervenes to "protect" us from perceived harm, resulting in internal turmoil and an overactive mind.

In order to have courage, we need to acknowledge and understand that our limiting beliefs are something we created at a particular moment when we believed it was the best option. We are now being asked to recognize this and move past our ego to make a different choice. It's not always easy because we become attached to our beliefs.

When we eliminate the "ignition," we create the opportunity to transform our beliefs and construct the future of our dreams.
