Transform Negative Thoughts for a Better Life

We will be tomorrow what we think today. I often used to say to my children when they were small that they must practice at home for it to be a habit in the world. We were talking about cleaning up, good table manners, etc. (Always to be met by the wisdom of my daughter with a clever comeback.) This is, however, true for us today regarding our thoughts and our actions.

When our comfort thought patterns are negative - how things might go wrong, how we are not good enough, or how bad the world is - then we will prepare ourselves to live within that life. The opposite is also true.

People who live in an inner thought world where things are possible, where they will show up for themselves, where they always believe that it can be different, have a completely different world that they live in.

With every thought we have, we have an option of choice. And when those negative thoughts enter: Ctrl+Alt+Delete. Let it go and find the positive thought that creates possibility. Are you ready to create your “new world”?
