We are looking for a customer-facing 1st line support person to join our expanding team.
1st LINE SUPPORT AGENT
This role offers a unique opportunity, requiring the selected candidate to work five days a week from the office, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., including Saturdays and Sundays. The candidate will have the flexibility to choose which two days they would like to take off during the week.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:
• Demonstrates patience and tolerance while interacting with customers.
• Willingness to work on weekends.
• Above-average knowledge of technology, particularly the internet.
• Ability to work effectively both in teams and independently.
• Ideally located in or near Stanford.
