Health & Wellness Supplier Open Day in the Overberg

The Department of Health and Wellness is inviting suppliers in the Overberg District to a Supplier Open Day in the Overberg.

These events will focus on healthcare-related services and are a great chance for suppliers to learn how to do business with the government.

The goal is to help more suppliers - especially small businesses (SMMEs) - to register on the supplier database, understand how government buying works, and take part in future opportunities.

The sessions will provide practical assistance with:

• Registration on the Western Cape Supplier Evidence Bank (WCSEB)

• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)

• Training on the e-Procurement System (EPS)

The Department of Health and Wellness will be hosting Supplier Open Days in Overberg as follows:

16th September 2025 – Caledon: 09h00 – 15h00

  • Caledon Town Hall, 22 Plein Street Caledon (Entrance via Municipal Building)

17th September 2025 – Hawston: 09h00 – 15h00

  • Thusong Centre, 2 Church Street, Hawston

18th September 2025 – Bredasdorp: 09h00 – 15h00

  • Welverdiend Library Hall, 56 Ou Meule Street, Bredasdorp

19th September 2025 – Swellendam: 09h00 – 12h00

  • Swellendam Town Hall, Voortrekkerstreet 49, Swellendam

• MAAA number (if already registered on CSD)

• Proof of address
