It's perfect in summer, but cozy blankets, hot water bottles and the indoor fireplace make it an awesome place for a winter getaway too!
The very reasonable rate per night NOW INCLUDES your own private housekeeper daily, so you really can just kick back and relax.
Built in 1855, the historic Manor House at Stanford Hills is a grand example of an old Cape Dutch homestead, with original high ceilings and thick walls. Fully equipped for self-catering stays, it can sleep up to 11 people comfortably and has a private pool and lovely entertainment area with outside braai. It also boasts a private boulle court on the expansive lawns, with endless views over the Stanford Valley.
The price per night for the Manor House also includes a private housekeeper daily, so you really can just sit back and relax. It is set just a short stroll from the popular estate restaurant, The Tasting Room, in case you really don't feel like cooking. A well-stocked bookcase with a wide variety of books will ensure you never get bored on those lazy afternoons. Full DSTV, dishwasher, washing machine included. Perfect for large groups or families, it's the ideal getaway to host any sort of celebration.
