In the nature of the trade that The Computer Hut is in, we install electronic equipment outside a house that is open to all the natural elements. The equipment is issued with an initial warranty that covers faulty manufacturing defects. There is no outright warranty issued by suppliers for damage by water or electrical surges. To help you stay online during times when natural disaster strikes, The Computer Hut offers their clients the option of adding a radio and router maintenance plan at a monthly or yearly fee. This entitles the subscriber 1 free visit by our wireless team to check the outside antenna and cable for signs of damage and also treat corrosion areas to extend the life of your investment.  

The ROUTERCARE plan covers the following damages: Any water/rain/storm damage, electrical surges, lightning strikes, any latent defects not covered by a supplier warranty.  

The ROUTERCARE plan does not cover the following damages: Any malicious damage by any person, theft and if any maintenance was attempted by any person other than a TCH representative.

Supporting you when wind, water, hail, rust or lightning causes the 'offline' icon to appear.
