Award-winning gin made from an exceptional grape spirit together with juniper berries and infused with a blend of 11 botanicals, including wild dagga & lavender, rooibos and marshmallow root. Finished off with the alchemy of the Clitoria Ternatea flower (Butterfly Pea) and it reacts differently when water, tonic or soda water is added.

MCC style blend of Chardonnay & Pinot Noir is used as low wine (base distillate).

To be enjoyed neat as a sipping gin over ice or with tonic/soda water.
