A digestive spirit made from the grape husks after winemaking. Aged for 5 months in French oak. Commonly known as Grappa in Italy

Limited numbers still available of the Shiraz husk spirit from the 2019 harvest. More traditionally, the Shiraz flavours of bacon and herbs (black pepper) but with hints of red and black fruit, and finally blended with the woodiness from the husks and grape structure. Four times distilled to enhance the smooth flavours.

To be enjoyed neat as a sipping aperitif or digestive.
