A digestive spirit made from the husks after winemaking. Commonly known as Grappa in Italy.

Limited numbers available of the Pinotage/Petit Verdot blend from the 2020 harvest brings through the bold dark fruits of ripe cherries, blackberries, red current and plum blended with the woodiness from the husks and grape structure. Double distilled for smooth flavour.

Limited numbers are still available of the Shiraz husk spirit from the 2019 harvest. More traditionally the Shiraz flavours of bacon and herbs (black pepper) but with hints of red and black fruit, and finally blended with the woodiness from the husks and grape structure. Four times distilled to enhance the smooth flavours.

To be enjoyed neat as a sipping digestive.
