NOTICE FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH ON 19.07.2021

The Department of Health call on all bedridden who have not received COVID-19 vaccination, to please call 028 313 5279 or 028 312 1166 to make an appointment.

If you meet the criteria, you will receive an appointment to be vaccinated at home.

They kindly request that you please make sure that you are registered to receive the COVID-19 vaccination.

To register: Send the word ‘register’ to 0600 123 456 on WhatsApp or dial *134*832#. For support to register call 0860 142 142 or visit www.westerncape.gov.za
