HEADS-UP WEATHER WARNING: STRONG WINDS COMING 7 January 2022

The South African Weather Services (SAWS) issued a WEATHER WARNING for the Overstrand area on Friday, 7 January 2022. 

Strong winds and rough and choppy sea conditions are expected over the southwestern coastline of the Western Cape.

• Please report issues with MUNICIPAL INFRASTRUCTURE such as water, electrical, roads, stormwater, refuse removal and cleaning issues to the Municipality's 24 HOUR EMERGENCY CONTROL ROOM number on 028 313 8111

• Any emergency or distress call relating to a FIRE OR FLOOD EMERGENCY, phone OVERSTRAND FIRE & RESCUE SERVICES on 028 312 2400
