Customers would have noted that municipal accounts distributed on 30 March 2022 had the word "Demo" printed as a watermark on the account.
This was an oversight by the service provider and new accounts were immediately distributed on the same day at 15:31.
Clients should note there was no difference in the details on both accounts except for the watermark being removed.
