Child Protection Week: Protecting All Children Living in SA

Child Protection Week (29 May - 5 June 2022) is an ideal opportunity to bring issues of child abuse, neglect and all forms of violence, into the spotlight.

With this in mind, the Thusong Services Centre Co-ordinator of the Overstrand Municipality, Ronell Salies, visited Blommeland Kleuterskool in Hawston to hand over knitted jerseys and beanies to the toddlers.

She and teacher Inga Minnaar, also read books and sing songs to the children.
