HaesFarm in collaboration with Strandveld Vineyards will spoil you on Monday, 16 December 2019 at 13:00 with a pre-festive long table lunch event.
Consisting out of 6 courses and some wines not released to the public yet.
Think of the Skaamgesiggie bubbles 2018, which will be released later, yet a bottle or 2 will be popped on the day for your enjoyment…
Their first Viognier, never released, only 1 barrel has been made and we are the lucky ones able to savor it on the day!
The Grenache 2018 of which only 2 barrels have been made and with a slight twist in the arm, we got a glass to sip on for you.

Home-made Duck Prosciutto (Cured on HaesFarm)
Served with Celeriac and Apple Remoulade, Figs, Sprouts and Toasted Brazil Nuts
Inbetweener:
Green Tea and Lime Granita
To Fill Up The Tummy:
Slow Roasted Xmas Turkey Carved and Sliced
Served with Roasted Brussels Sprouts/Pancetta and a Dash of Cranberry Sauce
Rounding the Decadence Off:
Honey Mousse With Pine Nut Praline and White Wine Poached/Spicy Pears
