Press Release - Old Circus Grounds in Hermanus

In 2017, Overstrand Municipality sold land known as the old Circus Grounds along the R43 on the corner of Main and Mussel Roads in Hermanus, to Massbuild (Pty) Ltd by tender. 

Building plans for the development of a Builders Express has been submitted to the Municipality. The building plans are currently being scrutinised for approval.

Building rubble is currently stored on the erf and will be used as filling material for the anticipated building works.
