Trash the dress

Trash the dress

Having a "trash the dress" shoot after your wedding does not always mean TRASH your expensive dress.
It simply means being more daring, creative, more relaxed and taking your dress serious! As a wedding photographer, I would always suggest an after shoot. On your wedding day you are pressed for time. You need to stay presentable and clean to return to the reception. Your wedding day does not always have the weather you dreamed of.

In these images you can let your hair down, your husband can wear jeans. You can bring in different colours as to your wedding day. I promise you that at the end of this session you will have more images hanging against your wall than any of your wedding day. Having your images framed or posted online, people would still think it was on your wedding day. I usually do the after shoot the following day.

You might wet your dress and not destroy it as always thought. You can have a lot of fun wich you couldn't enjoy on your wedding day. This is a very good idea before leaving for your honeymoon. These images were taken the day after the wedding. In the waters of Struisbaai.
