The Beach House Hub

Our team started early in July by removing the old dwelling Cynthia and her family have been calling a home. They swiftly started with the preparation of the foundation and the floor was done before they knew it. Afterwards followed the insulation of the floors and the preparation work on the skeletal frame of the new home in preparation for the drywall to be installed. The team insulated the structure properly before dry-walling was completed.

The sides of the home went up quickly and the door was installed, this home did not even have a proper door before we were asked to start with this project. Imagine living with a small child in your home while knowing that the door cannot be properly locked and secured.

They swiftly finished up with the walls and started on the interior, Vinyl flooring, and lovely carpets were installed in the new home. Brand new lights were installed together with three aluminium windows. Two new wardrobes with ample space giving the place a much needed homely feel.

Cynthia was so excited when she received her key, she couldn't wait to move in.

We are proud of you boys, well done!
