They are in the process of growing their team and are looking for a Medical Receptionist with the same values, someone who will support their business. The business is in Hermanus in the Overberg, and it is an office-based position. An added bonus is that this business is in the beautiful seaside town of Hermanus. It will take you a few minutes to walk to the seaside from the office. Here you can experience the spectacular views.
As the Medical Receptionist, you are fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans. You have a thorough understanding of what is important in a medical practice. To be friendly comes naturally for you and you understand the importance thereof. You work extremely well under pressure. You will obtain information from the patients and capture it on the system. You enjoy all the aspects of working in a medical practice which starts with answering the phone, scheduling the appointments etc until it has been through the full cycle of the patient experience.
You have experience of working in a medical practice. You pay attention to detail, and you have experience in working in a professional services environment. You have the ability to check your own work for accuracy. You have experience of the Vericlaim program. You can type medical reports. You have a high EQ. Learning fast and staying up to date is what motivates you.

Salary: R12 000 - R14 000 negotiable and a 50% contribution to your medical aid (capped at a maximum)
