We often focus on what we desire and what has not materialized in our lives, and then hold the belief that we are lacking. We spend our days wanting this and that, never stopping for a second to appreciate how abundant our lives already are.
It's true that the house, the new job, the new client haven't happened yet, but is that all your life is about? Surely, you have achieved many other things that you once desired, and they are now part of your life. It's easy to forget that there was a time when you longed for them. When we constantly focus on what's lacking, we must work twice as hard to overcome the resistance.
