Perspective is everything and how we need to break the mould of using only the scale as a way to progress. And don't belittle your efforts either. We compare our loss or results based on someone else's. People train and eat differently, they have their age, their own lifestyles and health issues that are unique to themselves so by comparing you to them is just making it hard on your own mentality and then you tend to steal joy from yourself! Don't make that mistake, progress is progress and it comes in many forms than just exterior appearance.
